Fitness Boot Camp



This unique fitness class draws its roots from military style strength training and cardiovascular techniques. It is designed to allow participants to get into the best shape in their lives without having to be in a traditional gym setting.

The strategy combines strength training, cardiovascular exercises, balance, and coordination as well as modified Yoga and Pilates activities.

Participants will go through an acclimation period of low intensity exercises including warm ups, cool down, and stretching activities. Ideal for beginners and those who wants to step up their workout a notch. This program will be offered indoors during the fall and winter months, so get your gear and let’s go!!
